The DirecTV support agent literally said, well we only provide the HBO channels, HBO Go is essentially not our problem. Really? Shouldnt DirecTV be contacting HBO on their customer's behalf to let them know there are having issues?Īt this moment, I have to yet again have my family go to sleep and not able to watch the shows they wanted while being offered no resolution. I have not been able to enjoy HBO Go without problems even once since signing up and now I get the runaround between the two companies pointing me one to the other. AT&T kept promoting the free HBO if I sign up for cell service & DirecTV. So I go to and try to log in, it doesn't work and guess what it says: It doesn't appear you have HBO as part of your DirectV service. I just wasted 1 hr with DirecTv support for the 5th time and their final solution for me: Please call HBO for further support.
